Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between you, the customer (“Customer”), and us, the seller (“Seller”), in connection with the purchase of bespoke wooden loungers sold under the Zenflow brand via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

3. Products and Orders (Bespoke / Made-to-Order)
Each Zenflow lounger is made individually after you place an order. Products are custom-made according to your selected materials and specifications and are not pre-manufactured or stocked.
The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order (typically by email). Production begins only after full payment is received.
4. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
The total price is shown during checkout before you place the order and includes applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any delivery costs (if applicable) are displayed in the cart/checkout before you confirm the order.
Payment must be made in advance. We offer the following payment methods:
- PayPal
- Bank transfer
- Cash on delivery (CZ only, if available)
5. Production and Delivery
Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks from receipt of full payment. Once produced, the order is packed and shipped to your delivery address.
Unless otherwise agreed, the total delivery timeframe does not exceed 30 days from purchase. We ship within the EU via reliable courier services (e.g., DPD, DHL, PPL, Top Trans), depending on destination and availability. Tracking information is provided once shipped.
6. Right of Withdrawal – Exception for Custom-Made Goods
If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance (online), EU consumer rules generally provide a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom-made / bespoke).
Because Zenflow loungers are made-to-order according to your chosen configuration, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that the product is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except where your statutory rights apply (e.g., in case of defects or non-conformity).
7. Defects, Legal Guarantee, and Remedies
Your statutory consumer rights apply. We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legally applicable period, including at least 2 years for consumers in the EU.
To make a claim, contact us atinfo@zen-flow.czwith a description of the issue and photos (if possible). Depending on the case, we may offer repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or another remedy required by applicable law.
8. Complaints and Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If you have a complaint, please contact us first atinfo@zen-flow.cz. We aim to resolve issues amicably.
Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR). For the Czech Republic, the ADR entity is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI):

9. Applicable Law
These GTC are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

We use trusted service providers to process payments and deliver orders (e.g., PayPal, card/payment processors, and courier companies). We share personal data only to the extent necessary to provide these services and not for unrelated marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights
Subject to GDPR and applicable law, you have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, object to processing, and request data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

Shipping Policy
Production & Handling Time
All loungers are made to order. Production begins after payment is received and takes approximately 4 weeks.
Delivery Times
Once ready, your lounger is carefully packaged and shipped to your address. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery is typically completed within 30 days from purchase.
Shipping Regions & Fees
We ship within the EU. Any shipping fees (if applicable) are shown transparently in your cart/checkout before you place your order.
Shipping Method
We use reliable courier services such as DPD, DHL, PPL, and Top Trans, depending on destination and availability. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.
Packaging and Delivery Check
Each lounger is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Please check the package upon arrival and notify us promptly of any visible damage.
Product Use & Liability
Zenflow loungers are designed for personal relaxation and indoor use. Each product is tested and crafted to meet declared specifications, including weight capacity and structural strength.
By purchasing and using our products, you agree to the following:
- The user is responsible for using the product as intended — for reclining on a flat, stable surface, within the listed weight limit.
- Zenflow is not liable for injuries or damage resulting from misuse, improper assembly, exceeding weight limits, or using the lounger on unstable or uneven ground.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is assembled according to the included manual and inspected regularly for safety.
In the rare event of a product defect, we will cooperate with the customer to resolve the issue within the scope of statutory rights, our obligations, and applicable consumer law.
