These Terms & Conditions (“GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between you, the customer (“Customer”), and us, the seller (“Seller”), in connection with the purchase of bespoke wooden loungers sold under the Zenflow brand via our website. By placing an order, you agree to these GTC.

Each Zenflow lounger is made individually after you place an order. Products are custom-made according to your selected materials and specifications and are not pre-manufactured or stocked.
The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order (typically by email). Production begins only after full payment is received.
The total price is shown during checkout before you place the order and includes applicable taxes, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any delivery costs (if applicable) are displayed in the cart/checkout before you confirm the order.
Payment must be made in advance. We offer the following payment methods:
Standard production time is approximately 4 weeks from receipt of full payment. Once produced, the order is packed and shipped to your delivery address.
Unless otherwise agreed, the total delivery timeframe does not exceed 30 days from purchase. We ship within the EU via reliable courier services (e.g., DPD, DHL, PPL, Top Trans), depending on destination and availability. Tracking information is provided once shipped.
If you are a consumer purchasing at a distance (online), EU consumer rules generally provide a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised (custom-made / bespoke).
Because Zenflow loungers are made-to-order according to your chosen configuration, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once production has started.
By placing your order, you acknowledge that the product is made specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun, except where your statutory rights apply (e.g., in case of defects or non-conformity).
Your statutory consumer rights apply. We are liable for any lack of conformity that exists at the time of delivery and becomes apparent within the legally applicable period, including at least 2 years for consumers in the EU.
To make a claim, contact us atinfo@zen-flow.czwith a description of the issue and photos (if possible). Depending on the case, we may offer repair, replacement, an appropriate price reduction, or another remedy required by applicable law.

These GTC are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.
